In  HOLDING  SMOKE  a  young  man  arrested  for  a  crime  he  did  not  commit  is  being  held  in  a  youth  prison  in  Denver  called  the  Y.  Unknown  to  his  fellow  inmates  and  guards  though,  is  that  he  has  the  ability  to  travel  outside  of  his  body,  and  that  with  this  ability  he  is  following  a  dangerous  road  to  find  out  who  really  committed  the  crime  he  was  framed  for.

Rating: 5 Hard to imagine a better book

Holding smoke is an interesting book, but lacks a hook to bring anything out. The main character seems dull and under achieved and the overall plot seems gray. There isn't much about this book to enjoy. A great start to writing, but it needs more development in my opinion.

Holding Smoke was a decent book, with mystery, romance, and thrills. I found the ending a bit hard to understand, but the rest of the book was easy to read, and I found all of the characters diverse and entertaining.
