Storm Runners is a good book and very thrilling. Chase is a teen that is well prepared for whatever natural disaster come his way. Thanks to his father. There is a heavy winded hurricane that just punishes him while he is on a bus. His father tires to find him because his satelite phone is not working.. Chase goes through devistating phases to get and his friends home

Good Job

I enjoyed this book till the last chapter. The plot drew me in and held my interest. Although the character development was a bit shallow in my taste, I loved them as a whole. Until the end I was fully prepared to give this book a 4. However, the last chapter simply and entirely ruined this book. It felt like enjoying a countryside car ride with the windows down, feeling the soothing breeze, only for the ground to disappear under you. The ending filled me with bitter resentment as it seemed like the author chopped the book in half just to have a sequel. Instead of having a closure with a mild cliffhanger it simply ends, like the last chapters have been ripped from the bidding. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... >:(
