I Now Pronounce You Someone Else
Scholastic    2011

Bronwen is getting married to Jared... or is she. In this wonderful novel you get the inside life of Bronwen. She is eighteen and will be married August the sixth. With just finishing up high school do you ever really know who you are or who you are going to be when you get to College. In this book we can see a change in the character as a person. Bronwen is just a normal girl who is discovering who she is along the way. Will this girl be married before summers end? The writing style of how she starts and ends with the same sean just show how different Bronwen truly is from begining to end.

I Now Pronounce You Someone Else
2010

Bronwen always believed she was switched at birth. She dreamed that she was actually Phoebe Lilywhite and came from a family with brunette hair and ketchup-haters. But she was Bronwen Oliver and even though her brother and her mom are blonde, she is a brunette. And she hates ketchup while everyone else loves it. So when Bronwen gets engaged at 18 to Jared, “who is truly, the sweetest guy in the world”, she finally feels her fantasy life come together. She feels accepted into Jared’s family, where as her family always made her feel awkward. She is ready to start her new life with the man she loves- this book is actually kind of boring. There is a twist towards the end, but I saw it coming from the fourth or fifth chapter. Not the most exciting book ever.
