Title Stone Voice Rising

Publication date April 2009
My review (use back of page if you need more space): This book is like The Companions series and The Roar put in a blender. It doesn't have to do with the future or magical creatures, it has to do with the earth, right now. The earth is alive in this story, and it needs a voice(So says the title). The story begins with a girl named Lillibit who can talk to stones. She is the next Stone Voice but she is kidnapped by Styxx, an evil medical research facility. Then it switches to Todd who can talk to birds. Soon Lillibit comes into his ,and all the other children in the foster care house's lives. And now they are on the run, with no home, heading to a place called Kiva with Styxx on their tails.
